If she's using Gmail/Hotmail/Yahoo mail, or indeed any mail service which offers spam protection,
then it's probably gone into her spambox or bulk inbox.
Cos it's an automated message, or something

"Knew what cats know that makes them scream like babies in night.Looked at sky through smoke heavy with human fat and god was not there. The cold, suffocating dark goes on forever, and we are alone.Live our lives, lacking anything better to do.Devise reason later.Born from oblivion;bear children, hellbound as ourselves;go into oblivion. There is nothing else.Existence is random.Has no pattern save what we imagine after staring at it for too long.No meaning save what we choose to impose."

Also, if she mistyped her email address then of course it wouldn't arrive.
If she's still having problems, pm an admin and they can activate the account manually.

Hmm, maybe that is my problem too, is the spam thang. I'd hate to find out I'd been pestering poor Deb when it's my own fault that it's not working

Do you write code for spam filters Leelee?
if you don't, it's difficult to see how you could be responsible for how they sort your mail.

Well I don't see the connection either. Unless you actually do write the spam filters, you can't be held responsible for the way you mail is filtered. Would it be your fault if the postman dropped your mail all over the floor and forgot to pick it up? Nope. It's the same thing.

Seriously, if someone's having problems getting in to their account, it's fine to pm any admin about it. It's not difficult for us to fix it, and we'd much rather that than have people creating multiple accounts etc cos that does get rather confusing....
