Contact Problems

Post by amarganth » Sat Nov 13, 2004 7:14 pm

I am trying the PM the administrators, to ask a permission to post something. But these PMs haven't been read, as they haven't left my Outbox yet. I sent most of them only three days ago, but one I sent over three weeks ago.

What should I do then? Just wait, or try contacting moderators?

First, check that your sentbox isn't full. If so, messages never seem to leave the outbox.
If that's not the case... Well, I'll let someone else answer.

Who have you tried to pm? Some of our admins have emeritus status and don't frequent BUS as often...

Well, actually... Deb, I sent you a pm in may, and deleted it in August as it still appeared unread, and I had had no answer.

OK, thanks for replying, sine nomine (deb?). I was just a bit worried.

I found a list of admins somewhere in the tech. support place...I think. God , I can't remember.
Perhaps it's an idea to list the (active) admins in the FAQ section?

I haven't gotten any pm's from anybody and I'm usually pretty good about getting back to people.

You weren't on the list I found. I suspect it was pretty old.

I guess it was this list? http://busmail.org/phpBB/viewtopic.php?p=297606#297606 Yeah, that is old... don't think almost any of those listed are around much anymore.
Challenges, hugs, and just about everything welcome. :bfly:
