pics in sig

i want to get rid of the "click here to discover imageshack" pic in my sig where a pic that someone provided for me has obviously beeen deleted but when i try and edit my sig it tells me i cant submit the changes because there are pics over 100 pixels high. i want to keep the other pics in my sig and i have no idea how to change the size. i didnt make the pics either, but i have tried downloading and editing, but i have no idea how to do it.id be really sad if i had to part with my purple wabbit juggling nutella that wds made for me, just because i dont want a broken link in my sig.

Depending on board permissions, the admins may be able to log into the board/admin control panel (I don't know what it's called here) and switch the image size limits in sigs; I can't remember if there is a hard limit to image sizes on phpBB boards.

This is certainly up to the admins, but if I remember correctly from my time on staff we made the 100 pixel limit an unwritten guideline just to prevent signature sizes being out of control.
