do any admins know of problems accessing bus servers? i am trying to upload avatars using FileZilla and am getting the error "Disconnected: No supported authentication methods available (server sent: publickey)". google gives me some advice to use a single connection but that didn't change anything. has anything changed in the past few months?

I am guessing but it could have something to do with the upgrade of the phpBB software which was installed a couple of months ago?
I have had a look at your user permissions and can't see anything relevant there (though I could have missed something).
Maybe a PM to Milvus (who shares the avatar wrangler job with you) or to splitimage (who is in private contact with Deb) might shed some light on it.
