board upgrade/brief downtime on sunday july 1

because of the spam problem, i'm upgrading to the latest version of phpbb. it has some good anti-spam features and i'm pretty optimisitic.

the board will go down for a while on sunday, july 1. i'm not expecting it to take very long; if something unexpected happens i'll change the main board page to an explanation of what's going on.

i got to it a bit late and i left out a step without realizing it until this morning, but we're on the lastest version of phpbb now. it's got some nice anti-spam tools.

Thanks. Hope the anti-spam tools work. Actually that's massively hope. Also hope the admin panel hasn't changed too much.
