This is Nick (mephistopheles) I have severely buggered my main account, apologies for making a duplicate account but the option presented is 'contact the board administrator' which would undoubtedly take months.
In a nutshell; I forgot my password, which would be easy to solve except it appears that the e-mail account associated with my bus account is...well, not what I think it is. What the heck do I do now?

Maybe ask an admin to reset the password on your main account?
