I broke my Java - help!

I broke my Java - help!

Going through my install/uninstall prgrams section of control panel and i think i deleted my java plug in or something - the one with the coffee cup icon next to it - anyway, i tried reinstalling it from the website but stuff using java (such as games etc) just wont load even now - i just get a blank box with the coffe cup icon in the corner

Any suggestions anyone?

(btw - i've learnt my lesson, leave the unistaller alone !)
