Mods and admins rank changes (mostly colours!)

Some of you may have noticed that your rank/colours of busses have changed, if you used to be a staff member. Retired admin/mod now say "board admin/forum moderator emeritus" and have backwards white busses. This has been done because the former system was a bit confusing (and because I have too much time on my hands) - now all (well, the ones I've changed!) former staff have the same colours and are all "emeritus".

"Other staff" now has one blue bus, although we're not entirely sure whether that will stay like that or not.
