Bus doesn't seem to like me!

I'm having some issues with loading bus- it's just getting slower.

I'm on IE [I know, I know..] but up until yesterday, bus loaded instantly- my laptop's only a year old, and we have decent WiFi, everything's pretty speedy.
Yesterday, bus started takng ages to load- pages start at the top, and load downwards, a place page [and one without any images, or anything] just took 3 attempts, and then 4 minutes to load- it's crazy! Even the post a reply page takes ages, and requires multiple 'refreshings'.
The pages load post by post now- the tops ones first, and then each one..
No other websites seem to be any different though, hotmail, facebook, tumblr all load as fast as ever..

Is there anything I can do to make it load faster?

It sounds like the BUS cache files on your laptop have become corrupted.

To clear the cache follow the instructions here; http://kb.wisc.edu/helpdesk/page.php?id=15141.

Failing that you could install CCleaner (http://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER) - it usually does a good job of cleaning up corrupt cache files.

In the end, the weather [we caught part of a hurricane] knocked out my internet connection for a few days, and it's come back working again, so we'll see if that lasts!
