not sure if you found what you were looking for yet? to link to another post you get the url of that page and place it in a url tag (there's a button above the reply box). to link within some other text you change it to [url=some web site]some text[/url].

While this hasn't been deleted yet, I'll pop in and say there is a way to link to a post.

If you look in the top right hand corner of the post, it says "Posted" and then the date and time. Just to the left of where it says that, is a small rectangular icon - if you right-click on this and click on "copy shortcut", you can use that to create a link to that post.
