I have a issue with my biological parents? I don't want them
I have a issue with my biological parents I was given up for adoption when I was born. I was adopted by my parents I just turned 18 years old and I just got a letter from the people who gave me up saying they want to meet me and get to know me and they are sorry forgiving me up but I don’t want to get to know them or see them. I don’t know how to tell them? Should I just write a letter and mail it to them? My brother suggested having my attorney do it? Or the police?

First of all, welcome! Please accept a cow - long story but it is tradition.
From what you say I get the impression that you don't want to have any contact with your biological parents, so maybe follow your brother's suggestion. I am not sure that it is a matter for for the police - it is not a crime for them to seek contact with you.
A suggestion - you will probably get more responses if you post in the "bodies under siege" part of BUS (which in BUS jargon is called main) - the "administrivia and technical support" part is, (as its name implies) mainly concerned with technical posts.

Yup, with Kiwi 100%. Repost this on bodies under siege, or Main. It's confusing at first, but you'll get used to where things go. And it will be worth it because you'll connect with people who really do understand where you're coming from.
