Odd notifications and my sig is broked

A lot of notifications are doing this for me it is the human thread in the arc if I click the new post symbol it always takes me to the same page.

When in doubt, clear browser cache. I know it sounds like the generic response to all internet problems, but I find it really does help with a lot of PHP-heavy website problems that arise every now and then.. Because of that, I set my browser to clear the cache every time I exit, and it seems to work OK at my end.
