Hello Admin 
Uhm ... I've had this problem for going on three months now and it has yet to be resolved! I miss BUS!! I have tried everything I know of to gain access to BUS from my apartment, but still I horribly fail. I am currently accessing BUS from my Parents' computer. Please tell me there is some way to fix this! I am sad. I shall re-access BUS next week when I am back at my parents' place to search for an answer!

If you could send me (by PM might be best) all of the details of your apartment computer/ISP and those of your parents (including the error messages that you get when you try to log-on to BUS from your apartment) I might be able to come up with a solution...
