emails

I changed my email a while back, but even though I have the box "Notify me when a reply is posted" checked, I haven't gotten a single email. Since I wasn't a regular on BUS for a while, that didn't bother me, but now that I'm visiting more frequently I'd like to remember what topics I replied to (I've got the worst memory!). Any idea on what's wrong?

hi Pelagic, that has happened to me with receiving new pm's and i know before Deb said
that there was nothing she could to fix the problems with notifications...

i guess the only thing to do is to check 'watched topics' whenever you sign in here...

The notifications system is busted beyond repair.

Instead of clicking the "notify on reply" box, you could watch the topics that you reply to...that keeps them grouped together in the "watched topics" folder, and I think it will also email you when one of your watched topics gets a reply. I'm not sure whether the email part works, but at least that way you'd be able to keep track of the threads that you're interested in.

? I get email notifications for everything. and popups for PM's

not sure if its because I use a diffrent board style to the normal one though.

Well, in my profile it is checked, and down below this little texty box it's checked. It worked for my previous email, but when I changed it, it just... stopped working
