okay, when my isp throws up its hands and says LOL NO sevreal times, a nd i have the fastest intarbutt that my isp can give me without being a corporation, something is srsly wrrrrrrrrong.
there is, in the end, the letting go.

ive been finding its happening more now.... but its also the end of the month. each billing month your sevice provider gives you a certain amount of bandwith. Some websites may seem fast but other sites will seem to slow down alot. like bus for example.

I get this speeding up and slowing down mostly just with bus and facebook at the end of each month.

The problem could also lie with the service provider of the slow site? Could it not ?
