hunt in you're add or remove part, if you can find it there and uninstall it, if not search for the name of the toolbar/program whatever and right click it and go to properties and go to find target, and it it has an uninstall button there try that, if not I would just delete the entire folder.
If none of that works, go to their website and see if it's a trusted site and then download the uninstall thing to uninstall it, man that sounds weird though.
If you can send them a message just say, "I have to download something to get uninstall someting I didn't download in the first place, help?"
Hope you get it sorted.
Th problem with internets, is if you havn't got the right anti virus software a bunch of crap will just get installed onto you're computer, they hide in many places darn things.

on second note, mirar is an adware, you need to scan you're comp to get rid of it, it doesn't work you can download http://www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor/? ... ggodCw8vRw spyware doctor, it'll remove it for you.
