kayla cant get into bus help

kayla hasnt been able to get into bus since yesterday she has the same thing we have all had about access forbidden is there anything she can do, she tried deleting history and cookies shutting it down and restarting but its not helping, think shes getting a bit desperate, thanks

pleasr herlp me!!! i still cant get on on my home commy andf can now only access it from skl but am gonna get in trouble for using the school conmputers!! ahhh!! im going crazy, please please please help me!!!
