Receiving emails for threads in my Watched Topics

I've started receiving emails whenever a new post is made in one of my watched topics. Is there a way for me to turn this off? In my profile I have "Always notify me of replies" and "Notify on new Private Message" set to "No", but I don't see anything that seems to apply to Watched Topics.

Any help/info would be appreciated.

To the best of my knowledge, any topic that is in your watched topics list is going to send out an email whether you want it to or not. It would be nice if it didn't, but I'm not aware of a patch that will do that.

Near where you see the post reply, you will see a little note that says "watch this topic " or "stop watching this topic"
If you click there that should stop the email notifications

Also
In the notifications below the link for the topic you will see another link. If you click that it will set it up to stop watching as well
