Are cookies enabled?
Is your computer's time and date set correctly?

It should be an option somewhere in the preferences for your browser.

It might be good to post what browser and operating system you're using, so that someone using the same can help. I'm using Safari on a Mac. but probably you're not.

Your browser is the program that you use to look at websites. A common one on Windows is called Internet Explorer.

If that's what you're using, I can't help you, but hopefully someone else who is reading can.

Give this a go

Click the Start button, click Programs, then click Internet Explorer.
Click the Tools menu, then click Internet Options.
Click the Security tab.
Click the Custom Level... button.
Scroll down to the Cookies section, then under both Allow cookies that are stored on your computer and Allow pre-session cookies choose the Enable, Disable, or Prompt option by clicking it.
Click the OK button.
Click the OK button.
