inactive

hello i made a username early this morning, it is sweet babboo. i posted some messages on it and everything was fine. i tried to sign on again today and i got this message

You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password.

so i tried to reset my password incase i was typing in the wrong password and i got this message.

Sorry, but your password cannot be retrieved because your account is currently inactive. Please contact the forum administrator for more information.

why as my account been made inactive? could it possibly be activated again. i havent done anything wrong i promise.
