i just tried to change mine but it wont let me. it wasnt a reserved image. when i chose it some crazy bolded warning messages popped up. now i cant even get my old one back...

not quite sure because it will only show up for about 10 seconds then go back to the main forum. even tho it probably doesnt help, i can try my best imitation:

Warning:missing argument for avatar....blah blah computer stuff....php...line 66

(this is followed by about 5 more similar warnings with different line #s at the end)

i'm just a poor clueless left-brained Literature major with no head for math or programming stuffs...

I am having the same problem choosing an avatar. When I hit submit, it gives me about 5 error messages but they only stay there for a few seconds before it takes me to the next page.

Hi, I sent an avatar to avatars@busmail.org about 3 weeks ago, but it's not up yet. Did it even arrive? It did not get bounced back...

Because things were getting so confused, and there was so much contradictory information about submitting avatars, the <a href="http://buslist.org/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=95750">Avatar FAQ</a> has been updated. Everything in there should be correct now. If it's not, just let me know and I'll fix it.
