slight computer question

Hi, when i click on a link the pop up is always small. its never full screen. How can i change it so when the new page comes up, its full screan?

click on the triangle in the red box, and your mouse pointer will become

. Then just drag the window so that it's as big as you want it.

After that I'm a bit vague. Because after you've done that for 3/4/5 different windows, eventually it will start opening them at that size. But I have no idea why.
