Please can somebody help me.

I am trying to add a picture onto a post. But i cant work it out?

I click on Img? And then? What do i do?

My image is saved on my computer. Also it is on my personal website.

Please help.

the way i find best is to cheat by highlighting the site that its from then clicking the tag above

just remember to check that u have BB code and HTML enabled in the post
