Mine do it after I click on them, but I just thought it was my computer being slow. If you refresh it afterwards they move again.

honest to pooh guys, mine aren't doing it at all. not when I'm looking at other posts, or when I try to post. nothing. they're frozen. nothings moving. my tounge sticky outy guy is stuck on a permanent smile. my bouncy multi guy is stuck in a half squashed position. I don't get it.

Did you somehow disable moving graphics? is it just on this site that all the bouncing stuff is gone?

The blank categories are in my profile too, dunno what they are. Neither "yes" nor "no" is selected, dunno if that's relevant.
What you say you "tried to put a pic up" what do you mean, and what happened?

There's a setting in explorer I think... :tries to remember: :goes to look:
In the bus faq, question 16:
17. I have a slow connection, so how do I stop the emoticons/smileys from moving?
If you're on Internet Explorer, you can go to Internet Options under 'Tools.' Go to the 'Advanced' tab, scroll down until you hit 'Multimedia,' then uncheck 'Play animations in web pages.'
Might that be the problem?

oh yay!!! thanks! I think what the problem was is that instead of going through the hard drive (or whatever) on my comp. I was going through our work server and the settings were probably different. yay!
