When you look at a thread, any posts you've made will have an Edit button beside the Quote button. It'll probably be at the top right of your post.

When you view your thread, there's a button with "edit" in the top-right corner. Click that and make whatever moderations you need. It takes around 2 or 3 minutes - for me - for the edit post to be submitted, so don't keep pressing the submit button if it takes a while because it won't speed it up and it will mean that when it does eventually come up, you'll have about 10 of the same post.
