cos of my stupid life and the stupid people in it. I seriosuly HATE so many people. My mate onces said to me when i was having a rant "how can you hate someone so much you want them dead?" BELIEVE ME YOU CAN!
--bit general there :) what in specific is going on *now*?

no, i dont usually get urges since i stopped, but i have now and i cn see myself giving into it!!!!!
--thoughts like that can be annoying. it doesn't mean that you *have* to give in... just notice it as a thought maybe?

been on here, but hardly anyones online and no one will talk to me in nest
--what else could you do? it sucks when you really really want someone to talk with or to at least reply & no one is on or able to at the time.

no i cant cos it gets worse every bloody time
--no... you can't avoid it? or no... you don't see yourself ever learning to deal better with it?

Theres also a post in BUS explaining alot about whats getting to me today, which im gunna delete when i've written this i think
--what purpose would that serve?
sounds like there's a lot going on. it hurts when friends or people we at one point considered friends... turn on us.

theres nothing else to keep me distracted
--nothing else? or no one else? i can think of a lot of things you could do alone. like read or color. what can you think of?

how can I avoid people?
--people on msn can be blocked. it's true that in some areas of life you really cannot effectively avoid certain people. i definitely think we can learn to deal with difficult people though. i don't think it means that it'll eveer be easy or enjoyable. it can be done though.

Seems like you're going through a lot :/ I suggest doing something, off of the computer, to make you feel better. Something like a workout requires your full attention and keeps your mind occupied. Or singing and dancing... Writing songs or poetry can help too. Or go out with some real friends to a movie. Basically, if anyone is willing to make fun of you, and take sides between you and someone else then they aren't your real friend. I suggest sticking with your real friends. If nathan tries to apologize, get an explanation as to why he did it in the first place.

Sorry I'm not much help :(

Hi Sarah,

Even though I don't know that guy who played this prank and even though it wasn't directed at me, I got angry by just reading about him. It's so sickening that people can act this way. They have no reason to hate you or call you names. It's so sickening that they'd pick on you just to make themselves feel better (they are probably hideously insecure to resort to such measures).

It has nothing do with you. You just happen to live in a town that seems to be full of spoiled snobbish kids. I hope you can get out of that environment soon and meet people who will respect and love you for who you are.

*hugs*
