CREDIT FOR QUESTIONS GOES TO MALLIE.

Did I identify what feelings were leading me to want to SI ?
Yes.

If Yes - What were they, and how did I figure them out ?
They were angry, frustration, feeling worthless, feeling like I would never be good enough, dissapointed. Not sure how I figured them out though.
What coping skills did I use to deal with these feelings ?
I cried, listened to music, and talked it over with a fired.
Were these coping skills the most effective I could have used ?
Because they worked, I guess so.

Why do I think they worked ?
I utilized them and refused to SI.

How can I deal with these feelings more effectively next time, before the urge to SI sets in ?
Acces what is happening and stay logical, not take critiscism too personal.

I'm proud of myself! :)

Go you :)

I think that managing to stay logical can be the hardest and most important thing with not si'ing.

That's brilliant!!! Well done you!!! It's great that you managed to work out what feelings were making you want to SI too (even if you don't know how you worked them out!)

Take care
