Just wanted to update everyone on how I'm doing on being SI Free...
76 DAYS SI FREE
Biggest accomplishment I've ever made I'm so proud of myself. Tomorrow it will be 77 Days SI Free (11 Weeks) I get another Week badge from my T. And not mention from here hahah.
It's getting easier for me as time goes on and I stay on task with my bipolar meds - being low does tend to trigger me - and I'm finding alternatives to cutting. I'm really proud of myself. I'm going for 100 days... but my goal now is 80 days - but getting to 100 would be great.

That's awesome. I think it's fantastic that you are finding alternatives to SI and learning how to cope with urges. Taking meds consistently is a huge step
