  • Did I identify what feelings were leading me to want to SI?
    Erm, well, I wrote in my diary, but I didn't write as such. I guess.. Ish.. :o
  • If Yes - What were they, and how did I figure them out?
    Wrote in my journal. I was just feeling rotten & like I deserved to be punished/there's no point.
  • What coping skills did I use to deal with these feelings?
    I don't think I delt with the feelings of such. I just put nail varish on my wrist. After that I felt like I didn't need to SI, so I went to sleep.
  • Were these coping skills the most effective I could have used?
    I think so.
  • If No - What coping skills got me through?
    I answered yes.
  • Why do I think they worked?
    Um.. Because red nail varnish perfectly immitates blood. Proves difficult to get off the next morning though. :tongue:
  • How can I deal with these feelings more effectively next time, before the urge to SI sets in?
    Talk to someone, create something.

I think the idea of using red nailvarnish is a clever one... not heard of that before.

... buying some nail varnish remover might be a good idea though ;)
