hey, i'm sorry you've been having such a rubbish day, sounds like lots to be dealing with at the moment. i'm really impressed with all the skills you tried, you've been doing a good job at fighting this. this might be a bit late now and hopefully you're feeling better and didn't SI, but maybe it's worth reading back through your place, i know there was a wonderful post there a couple of days back about you accepting stuff?
remember that you can still tell people that you're hurting, and that you're hurting more, you don't have to show them.
re the abusive ex, it's not stupid that you didn't realise at the time, it's really hard to see a situation objectively when you're in it,
