I hope talking to a doctor about anxiety helps.
When your mom starts making noise, etc. can you leave the house?
In your house, do you have a place where you can go to feel safe?
What other things have you tried to help with anxiety? Have you tried reading? exercise? cross word puzzles?

I think checking out the coping forum is a really good idea.

I hope you're doing better. Be gentle with yourself.
