- Did I identify what feelings were leading me to want to SI?
I felt very lonely. - If Yes - What were they, and how did I figure them out?
There was nobody around - and I remember thinking "damn I just wish someone would care". It was easy to identify them because I was, um, feeling them. - What coping skills did I use to deal with these feelings?
Well.. I was at a bus stop. I saw the word's BUS & loadsa thing's I've learnt here came rushing back. Also it reminded me that there's a fair few people who do care about me here. Also the word's stop just enforced that. - Were these coping skills the most effective I could have used?
I could have probably grit my teeth and got through it - because I didn't have my mobile. - If No - What coping skills got me through?
Just reminders. - Why do I think they worked?
Because.. Um.. I thing it reminded me that I'm not alone, whatever I'm going through. - How can I deal with these feelings more effectively next time, before the urge to SI sets in?
I'll ring someone.
