how will this situation or feeling change if i hurt myself?
It will go away even if for a bit....
if hurting myself seems like my best option right now, how long will the relief it brings last?
what will i do then? maybe a day or two.... then i might end up si'in again
what is something i could do now instead of hurting myself? how will it change the situation i'm in? how long will that change last, and what will i do then? write in my diary... it wont change the situation...

Why do I feel I need to hurt myself? What has brought me to this point?
i lost my T and i got stood up by my friend for mybday......
Have I been here before? What did I do to deal with it? How did I feel then? yes i have i usaly si then guilty
What I have done to ease this discomfort so far? What else can I do that won't hurt me? um take ashower read a book.... i have no idea

I am so sorry that you are feeling badly right now. It is very unfortunate that your friend stood you up on your birthday.
It sounds like you are in a very tough place right now. I hope you are taking care of yourself.
When you are feeling less fragile, may I suggest that you head over to the coping board and look at some of the coping strategies listed. It is really hard to come up with diversions, energy releasing activities, etc. when you are feeling upset. I've found it helpful to keep a list of strategies in my room so they are close at hand when I need them.
