how do you find new people? do you just wait until their first post when they say "i'm new here..." etc? if so i have to start using every part of the site (before & after, coping, etc) because i'm usually only on main...?

go to memberlist, and click on desending. then it shows the last people who joined. they'll be at the top of the list.
