Well i was thinking this may be a good idea..kinda sounds a little nutty but hey it may work..I thought well i could buy a cd...not open it...stick it in my lil distraction box...and when i get a really bad urge..i can decide to open the cd...then i will have atleast a distraction for hour of music im dying to listen to ..who knows..it could work..... :roll: Its worth a try..just though id post this idea... :dkblheart:

hey, i really like this idea! i think i am gonna do that too. i have been waiting for an inspiration on what to add to my emergency box, since i seem to be putting it to use a lot lately... heh. thanks for posting that. :D

I don't think I could manage this. If I really wanted to listen to it I'd probably talk myself into crisis just so I could open it ;)

However, for people with more self restraint, it sounds like a great idea :)
