this is my first post cause i'm new... so.. don't judge too harshly
I've been fighting SI well cutting.. for about a year and a half. other versions since i was little. but lately its been harder. I've had depression for about 5 years now and i'm loosing alot of important people in my life. Every time i get frustrated i feel the uge to hurt myself and i don't want to. i've read forums, and columns, and nothing seems to make me feel any better. I'm just asking for advice from anyone whose learned to cope with their emotions... you know like personal whatever hehe.
