)make a happy folder (like happy box but stuff offline that make you smile and you can keep safely on your computer)

make stuff with play doh

find pictuer templates on kids websites and then have hours of joyfull fun colouring them

Make a mix tape or a cd of your favourite songs

Colour in a whole A4 piece of paper in ordinary drawing pencil (not coloured) and then use a rubber/eraser to draw things in it.

)make a poster for your room

look up loads of cool pictures on google

make braclets and/or necklaces out of funky old beads

listen to your favorite cd

write a book/poem

write letters to people

dance around

create a scrapbook

make a box out of colourfull sticks

i hope that they are helpful to you all

love always maria

great suggestions! i found that writing a journal is good. i have one that i keep with me that has happy pics in it, a list that i made of all the things that make me happy, and other suggestions taped to it...
scream me something beautiful
a bright red scream
scream me something hideous
jagged and piercing
scream me something...
