Strengths/Weaknesses

This was given to me as homework after a session with my counselor a while back. It helped me a lot to realize what other people see it me and I'm better person than I often think.

What you do is e-mail or snail-mail, or just hand a piece of paper with the questions "What are my weaknesses? What are my strengths?" to people that know you well. If you're snail-mailing or handing it to someone, leave space for them to write. Give them a date to have it back by, a few days, a week, by the time of your next session. And make sure they actually write things, not just "You're creative." Make sure they put why they think you're creative.

It's helped me a lot. I read them often and they make me smile. If anyone has any questions or wants an example of what I've had written to me, just PM me and I'll gladly answer!

I'm not either. What people think about me I think totally different. But after reading them a couple of times, they really made me smile and gave me a bit of confidence.
