Subject Fields

For future reference, it would really help to make the subject field of your post descriptive as to what the post is about.
I will be transferring posts here from Distractions that deal with coping and will probably be editing some of the titles so it will help you all know what the posts are about simply by reading the title.
Also, if you think of something that was posted in another forum that should be here, PM me with the link and I will check it out.
