healthy body, healthy sleep and good mental health => more likely to get a job, cope with looking for a job, cope with working, cope with some level of stress => earn money, more likely to respect yourself and get respect from others, more confidence.

i, however, have no money to be able to access a cpap for my sleep, have no money to pay privately for therapy and therefore have to wait a few weeks and budget strictly to see a t, with a limit of 10 sessions in a year (!), have no motivation for looking for work, can't deal with the stress of working, don't feel confident about anything much, feel disrespected and worthless...

another instance of being told i could do a job and then finding out it's been withdrawn or cancelled or given to someone else. i'm so fucking sick of it. i feel like i can't do anything, i can't get a job because people take one look at me or at my resume and somehow think i'm terrible, that i won't be able to do what they want. i am really struggling with money and 1 hour of work would mean paying for a t appt, or paying for public transport...it means way more to me than you think, and then you just take it away?!?!
