An idea to stop maybe

An idea to stop maybe

I was just thinking, you know for like alcoholics amoymos, people sponsor each other to help them get threw wanting to drink. maybe we could do a sponsor each other, like we would email or call our sponsor when we are trigger, so they can help us threw it. Just an idea

I really like this idea. It sounds like it would be really amazing.

Sorry to bump an old post like this but I was gonna post something similar anyway.

I think this idea should def be instituted. we all have our good days where we can be there for someone and our bad days where we NEED someone, even if it's just someone to email so we don't feel like no one is listening.


I think we should get a buddy system organized!

Im a member of another forum which does this and it works really well.

Be careful though buddying up can also have adverse effects.
