having difficulties coping *si*

Post by fragmentedxdream » Sun Aug 23, 2009 7:23 pm

lately all i think about is how i want to si. the urge to cut is really strong and it's just so tempting and hard to avoid. life's just been rough lately so the thought has been nearly constant. i can't cut though because i don't want my boyfriend to be hurt because every time i cut and he finds out he breaks down.

so i really don't know what to do, i want to cut so badly, but i know i can't because i will hurt him. any advice?

I don't have much advice except to tell you to hang in there.

:1hug: (if okay)

that's really hard, i have a similar situation, but my bf is a bit better at handling - hate doing it to him tho. is there any way you can talk to him about it, tell him what it's about - make it more understandable and less "oh my f**K, what the hell?!" ? ask him to do some reading up on it...? good luck :1hug: if ok
