Hi every one i sm...when i am very stressed for awhile i did good but now i have started again i am also bipolar i am in treatment but when i get stressed i cant help my self i need to release and that is the only way i know how can some one help me to cope with this and the stress

my cbt tells me I have to open up and risk being vulnerable. THis is a safe place, talk about what is stressing you and we can help you cope with it.
