i'm not sure if i'm posting in the right section but today i'm finding it really hard to stop i could si allday and not stop i was upset by something yesterday but calm today i have done it for three hrs today so far i tried going out i tried distraction the ice cub and elastic band thing dont work drawning on my body is not an option either i'm not sure what to do or why i feel like this today.

you could also check out secret shame, there's a section there of things you can do to distract yourself and instead of SI
