using my hair piece on my wrist doesnt help me.what else should i do?

doesn't help me much either.

A fave of mine is sticking my thumb into ice cream. Or grabbing onto an ice cube.

hairbands are too soft... try rubberbands like the ones you use for closing plastic bags... (hope i get what you're talking about)...

thanks guys.ill try those things.ice doesnt work. n as 4 hair pieces re to soft i ve welts on my wrist.
