i can relate to this. panic attacks are scary things bc u think ur gonna die. i had one too 2 summers ago. my parents wouldn';t call 911. wut i did is tried to watch tv and forget about wutever btohering u, listent o music, while hugging a stuffed animal, or bunle up on a couch with food and tv. that always works. take deep breaths. panic attacks are just meanings that u are afraid of sumtin and u want it to go away and u can't face it. its about fear. take from someone with experience.
