What a cool idea for a thread. :gooddeal: You have some really great goals.

The changes I want to make during the next 12 weeks are:
Do my homework before 5 pm

The most important reasons why I want to make those changes are:
My meds start to wear off by 5 and I hit a real slump. I want to be able to spend the time reading, watching TV, and doing nice things for myself.

I also do better work earlier in the day, so this will help me get more done and be better prepared for my courses.

The steps I plan to take in changing are:
Scheduling time during the day to study.
Not watching TV/using the internet during the day.
Keeping a list of reasons I want to do well in school in my planner.

The ways other people can help me are:
Gentle reminders to get started on my work.
Not talking to me when I am trying to work.

Some things that might interfere with my plan are:
Lack of motivation.
Breaks that get too long/frequent.
Forgetting my plan.

I can't think more long term than 12 weeks at the moment, so that will have to do for now. :)
