this is kind of a game that you play when you are feeling anxious to help you cope with your anxiety, or when you feel kind of spaced out too.

Name:

5 things you can see
4 things you can feel [physically feel, like the carpet on your feet]
3 things you can hear
2 things you can smell
1 thing that gives you strength

you can put this in a card and have it with you to help you out remember this

I'm really glad you posted this. I didn't think it would but I tried it today and it works really well.

Thanks! :)
