I wish I had not assumed the new nurse at work was a new grad, instead of with 9 years experience and just no experience in my field. Wooops! Nisi wins world's biggest a*hole award! Right up there with asking someone who's not actually got a baby sticking out of them if they're pregnant. Lesson learnt: Ask Open Questions.

I wish MCR hadn't broken up
