having sugar withdrawals. if i stay away from all
of the foods that trigger me/make me sick, its
possible that i can be a different person. one
who's not sick all time. but its really hard es-
pecially when food is one of the ways i've
comforted myself my entire life. its very
difficult emotionally to give it up. not to
mention what my body is going through
physically. i feel a bit like i'm crawling
out of my skin.
